7. Account & Data Deletion

In strict adherence to Google Play Console policies and user privacy rights, you have the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data.

How to delete your data:

• In-App: You may request account deletion directly from the settings menu within the Grozi app.
• Web Portal: You may submit a deletion request via our dedicated Data Deletion Portal.

Upon receiving a verifiable request, we will permanently securely delete your profile data, order history, and contact details from our active servers within standard processing timelines, barring data we are legally mandated to retain.
