Grozi currently operates through a network of highly optimized dark stores. As a result, our delivery services are available in selected areas only.

You can verify if we deliver to your location by entering your address manually in the Grozi app. If your area is not currently serviceable, the app will notify you prior to placing an order. We are continuously expanding to cover new neighborhoods and cities across India.

Crucial Notice: Users must provide their exact, accurate delivery address manually within the app. We do not use automatic background GPS targeting to pull your location.

To ensure a fast and accurate delivery, it is your responsibility to enter your complete address, including flat/house number, building name, street, and any helpful landmarks. Grozi shall not be held responsible or liable for any delayed, misdelivered, or lost orders resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the user. Orders delivered to a wrong address provided by the user will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your order is accepted and dispatched from our dark store, you will have access to real-time tracking directly within the Grozi app. You can track your assigned delivery partner's location on the map and view the updated estimated time of arrival (ETA) until the package reaches your doorstep.
