Everything you need to know about how Grozi delivers your daily essentials accurately and on time.
1. Delivery Areas
Grozi currently operates through a network of highly optimized dark stores. As a result, our delivery services are available in selected areas only.
You can verify if we deliver to your location by entering your address manually in the Grozi app. If your area is not currently serviceable, the app will notify you prior to placing an order. We are continuously expanding to cover new neighborhoods and cities across India.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
We pride ourselves on our quick-commerce model, aiming to deliver your orders rapidly:
- Target Time: Our estimated delivery timeframe is generally between 10 to 20 minutes for serviceable locations.
- Variables: Please note that this is an estimated time. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including sudden spikes in order demand, severe weather conditions, road closures, or heavy traffic.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated dynamically to ensure fair compensation for our delivery partners while remaining affordable for you:
- Order Value: Delivery charges may apply based on your total order value. Orders above a certain promotional threshold may qualify for free or discounted delivery.
- Transparency: Any applicable delivery charges, surge fees (during peak hours or bad weather), or small cart fees will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
4. Manual Address Entry
Crucial Notice: Users must provide their exact, accurate delivery address manually within the app. We do not use automatic background GPS targeting to pull your location.
To ensure a fast and accurate delivery, it is your responsibility to enter your complete address, including flat/house number, building name, street, and any helpful landmarks. Grozi shall not be held responsible or liable for any delayed, misdelivered, or lost orders resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the user. Orders delivered to a wrong address provided by the user will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is accepted and dispatched from our dark store, you will have access to real-time tracking directly within the Grozi app. You can track your assigned delivery partner's location on the map and view the updated estimated time of arrival (ETA) until the package reaches your doorstep.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners are instructed to complete your delivery as quickly as possible. If a delivery partner arrives at your provided address and cannot reach you:
- They will attempt to contact you via the phone number registered to your account.
- If the delivery partner is unable to reach you after multiple failed attempts or a reasonable waiting period, the order may be marked as undeliverable and subsequently cancelled.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, repeated failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may result in the suspension of COD privileges or your account.
