Welcome to Grozi. By downloading, accessing, or using the Grozi mobile application (the "App") and its related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. User Eligibility

To use the Grozi app, you must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the service under the strict supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration

To place orders and access certain features of the App, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to the following:

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your Name, Mobile Number, and Email Address.
You may log in using an OTP (One Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number, via Email, or securely using Google Authentication (OAuth).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Manual Location Entry

Grozi operates strictly on manual address input. You are entirely responsible for manually entering your correct and precise delivery location.

We do not use automatic background GPS tracking to pull your location. Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you may result in delayed deliveries or order cancellations. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address if it was entered inaccurately by the user.

4. Orders & Payments

When you place an order through Grozi for groceries, clothing, toys, or daily essentials:

Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item you can purchase.
Pricing: Prices for products are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final price.
Payments: All payments are processed securely in accordance with our accepted payment methods (including Cash on Delivery, where applicable).

5. Delivery Policies

Grozi strives to deliver your daily essentials in minutes. However, all delivery times provided are estimated and approximate. Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, heavy traffic, or unforeseen operational hurdles. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any significant delays.

6. Cancellations & Returns

You may cancel your order free of charge only before the order is dispatched from our dark store or partner facility. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation may incur a fee or may not be permitted, depending on the nature of the items (e.g., perishables). 7. Prohibited Activities

By using Grozi, you agree NOT to engage in the following activities:

Engaging in any fraudulent activity or exploiting platform glitches.
Placing fake, bogus, or prank orders.
Using the services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any local, state, or national laws.
Attempting to interfere with the network, security, or functionality of the App.

Any misuse of our services will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included in or made available through the Grozi App, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Grozi or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not extract and/or re-utilize parts of the content without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grozi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the App or our delivery services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Grozi services at our sole discretion, without notice and without liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, the App, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
