Welcome to Grozi. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use the Grozi mobile application (available on Google Play).
Information We Collect
We collect specific information to provide you with a seamless quick-commerce experience:
- Profile Data: Your name, mobile number, and email address.
- Authentication: We offer login via Mobile OTP, Email, and Google Authentication (OAuth).
- Delivery Addresses: Addresses must be manually entered by you.
Location Privacy Notice: Grozi does NOT automatically track, access, or run background location services (GPS) to find your real-time location. All delivery locations must be manually typed.
Payment Notice: Grozi operates strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. We do NOT collect or store credit card, debit card, or UPI data within our application.
Advertising & Analytics
To support our app, we use Google AdMob and Google Ad Manager. These services may collect anonymized usage data as per Google's policies. We do not share personally identifiable information with advertisers.
Data Protection & Deletion
We do NOT sell or rent your personal data. We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and data.

Our app complies with Google Play Families Policy and is not directed at children under 13.

User Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age (or under guardian supervision) to use Grozi. You agree to provide accurate registration details (Name, Mobile, Email). You are responsible for securing your OTP and Google Auth credentials.
Manual Address & Orders
You are solely responsible for manually entering your correct delivery address. We are not liable for delayed or misdelivered orders due to incorrect user input. All orders are subject to availability, and prices may change without notice.
Prohibited Activities
By using Grozi, you agree NOT to:
- Place fake, bogus, or prank orders.
- Exploit platform glitches or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Interfere with the network security or functionality of the App.
Governing Law & Termination
Accounts may be suspended without notice for policy violations. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 24 hours of delivery if:
- Products arrived damaged, defective, or unusable.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- Grocery/essential items were delivered past their expiry date.
- The order was marked delivered but not received.
Non-Refundable: We do not offer refunds for "Change of mind" after successful delivery, or for orders that fail due to an incorrect address provided manually by the user.
Refund Process & Payment Mode
Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds require manual digital transfer. Our support team will collect your preferred Bank Account or UPI ID. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account post-verification.

Delivery Coverage & Timelines
Grozi operates in selected areas only. Delivery times are estimated at 10 to 20 minutes, though this may vary based on demand, weather, and traffic conditions.
Charges & Tracking
Delivery charges, if applicable based on order value, will be displayed clearly at checkout. Once dispatched, users can track their assigned delivery partner via the app.
Failed Deliveries
If our partner arrives at the manually provided address and cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled. Repeated failed deliveries may result in suspension of COD privileges.
