At AdJoy – Watch to Earn (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we respect the privacy of our users (“you”, “your”) and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, applicable data protection laws, and our commitment to child safety standards.

1. Information We Collect

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number
  • Device Information: Device ID, device model, OS version
  • Login Credentials: Google login or mobile number-based OTP login
  • App Usage Data: Usage statistics and analytics data
  • User-Generated Content: Photos and videos uploaded by users
  • Diagnostics: Crash logs and performance data
  • Advertising ID: We may use the advertising ID for ad personalization and analytics purposes.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect data to:

  • Enable user login and authentication
  • Verify user accounts and secure access
  • Allocate in-app rewards (coins only)
  • Facilitate referral tracking
  • Allow users to upload photos/videos for profiles or tasks
  • Monitor app performance and improve services
  • Prevent misuse or abuse of app features

Note: We do not collect or process payments within the app. We do not ask for or handle real money. AdJoy does not offer, solicit, or process any financial transactions inside the application.

4. Advertising ID Usage

AdJoy may use the Advertising ID for ad personalization and analytics purposes. We do not share or sell your Advertising ID to third parties. It is used exclusively for targeted ads in compliance with Google Play’s policies.

5. Rewards and Payouts

Users earn virtual coins within the app by watching ads, completing tasks, and inviting friends. These coins may be redeemed for external rewards (e.g., Paytm, UPI, bank transfers) outside the app through verified manual payout systems. There are no in-app purchases, and the app will never request or accept payments from users.

6. Copyright and Content Safety (UGC)

Users must upload only original content. Uploading copyrighted, harmful, or offensive material is strictly prohibited.

  • Each post has a “Report” option to flag inappropriate or infringing content.
  • Our moderation team promptly reviews all reported content and may remove violating posts or suspend repeat offenders.

7. Device and Network Abuse Policy

We fully comply with the Device and Network Abuse Policy to ensure the proper and legal use of our app. This policy ensures that our app is free from any malicious or unauthorized activity. We monitor and actively prevent any activity such as:

  • Spamming
  • Fraudulent behavior
  • Unauthorized access to user devices or networks
  • Malicious software or attacks on the app or users

We take swift action by suspending or banning accounts involved in these activities to protect our users and the integrity of our platform.

8. Section 4.9 of the Developer Distribution Agreement

In accordance with Section 4.9 of the Developer Distribution Agreement, we commit to maintaining high standards of integrity and security for all data and user-generated content. Our platform adheres to Google Play’s policies regarding malicious software, fraud, and network abuse, and we will take necessary actions to address violations.

9. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except the service providers listed above and only as necessary to operate the application.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we become aware that a child under 13 has submitted personal data, we will delete it immediately.
