At AdJoy, we take child safety very seriously. We are fully committed to creating a safe environment for all users, particularly minors, and ensuring that our platform complies with the Google Play Console’s child safety policies, including the prevention of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).


1. Age Restrictions

AdJoy is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or allow the collection of personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Our platform is designed for users aged 13 and older, and we require all users to agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before accessing the platform.

  • User Reports: Users can report harmful, inappropriate, or illegal content. Reports are reviewed promptly, and inappropriate content is removed.
  • Manual Moderation: Our moderation team conducts regular reviews to ensure no harmful content is accessible on our platform.

Any content that violates these guidelines is removed immediately, and the user responsible for uploading it may face account suspension or permanent ban.


4. Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

AdJoy has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We take the following measures to protect minors:

  • Reporting Mechanism: Any suspected CSAE content can be reported directly within the app or by emailing us at [email protected].
  • Regular Monitoring: We use both manual and automated systems to monitor and flag any potential CSAE content.
  • Immediate Action: If CSAE content is detected, it is immediately removed, and the user responsible is permanently banned from the platform. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in case of criminal activity related to CSAE.
